SPRING SHOW ADS

DEADLINE: APRIL 1ST, 2025
**TO BE INCLUDED IN THE SPRING SHOW BOOK FOR MAY OF 2025

The James E. Taylor High School Pacesetters invite you to be part of our upcoming Spring Show program by purchasing advertising space in our event program. This is a great opportunity to showcase your business or your Pacesetter while demonstrating your commitment to our community. As a Spring Show sponsor, your support will help offset the costs of maintaining our exceptional and highly competitive dance team. We appreciate your consideration and support—thank you!

AD SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

STEP 1:

Choose your ad size. (Note: Front and back covers are sold on a first come, first serve basis.)

  • Full Page (Black&White) -- 7.5" x 10" ($150)

  • Full Page (Color, Inside Front or Inside Back Cover) -- 7.5" x 10" ($200)

  • Full Page (Color, Outside Back Cover) -- 7.5" x 10" ($250)

  • Half Page (Black&White)  -- 7.5" x 5" ($75)

  • Quarter Page (Black&White)  -- 3.75" x 5" ($50)

  • Business Card (Black&White) --  3.5"x 2" ($30)

 

STEP 2:

Create your ad. To ensure the best quality for your ad, please follow these guidelines:

  • Choose photos and artwork with good contrast; avoid images that are too light or too dark.

  • Create your ad using software such as Canva, Adobe InDesign, or Adobe Illustrator

  • Save the file as a High-Resolution JPG (300 DPI) or PNG

    • Select "File > Save As", then choose JPG or PNG under "Save As Type."

  • Ensure the file size does not exceed 25MB for email submission.

 

STEP 3:

  • Submit your ad and payment by April 1, 2025. Submissions will not be accepted after this date.
